Navigation Tree

Creating meaningful hierarchy

Navigations help organize the content structure and provide context to orient a user throughout the interface experience. This pattern should be implemented in all interface designs so that users have a fixed place to understand what information they are looking at and how it pertains to their workflow. A vertical navigation sits vertically from top to bottom to the left of the screen. There are two types of paths once can take to create a vertical menu navigation.

1. Embedded vertical navigation
2. Vertical to horizontal navigation
